By accessing or using OzTracker services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of OzTracker services, including subscribers, family members, and visitors to our website.

OzTracker provides IoT tracking services for families, including:

• GPS tracking devices (kids watches, pet trackers, etc.)
• Real-time location monitoring and alerts
• Mobile applications for iOS and Android
• Family safety and communication features
• Data storage and management services

Free Devices: GPS devices and SIM cards are provided free of charge during your active subscription.

Monthly Billing: Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Billing occurs on the same date each month as your initial subscription.

No Lock-in Contracts: You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty or cancellation fees.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email.

Device Ownership: Devices remain the property of OzTracker during your subscription period.

Device Care: You are responsible for the reasonable care and protection of devices. Normal wear and tear is expected.

Replacement Policy: We will replace defective devices free of charge. Lost or damaged devices may incur a replacement fee of $50 AUD.

Return Requirements: Upon cancellation, devices must be returned within 30 days using our prepaid shipping labels.

You agree to use OzTracker services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:

• Use devices to track individuals without their knowledge or consent
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our services for any illegal or harmful activities
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Consent for Children: By using our services for children under 18, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and consent to the collection and use of location data for safety purposes.

Network Coverage: Our services depend on cellular network coverage. We cannot guarantee service availability in all locations.

Maintenance: We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or improvements. We will provide advance notice when possible.

Emergency Services: OzTracker is not a substitute for emergency services. In case of emergency, contact 000 immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, OzTracker's liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.

Your Right to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

Our Right to Terminate: We may terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of our services.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to services will cease, and you must return all devices within 30 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Australia.
